LATCH-HOOK RUG: Hawlucha!

Now, my stitchings are nice and all, but I guess the monotony got to me. I wanted something different. So I picked up one of those little starter kits at a craft store to try this rug-hooking out. Was pretty easy, so just before Thanksgiving, I ran out and bought a TON of supplies for my next magnum opus.

So I started it during Thanksgiving break, worked on it on and off during final exams, and PLOWED through it during the holiday season. Finally trudged to the finish line just last night, and I stitched the edges back this morning. It's a full square yard, and it's going to go up on my wall. I don't have the heart to step all over it! 

On and off, this baby took two solid months, over thirteen thousand pieces of yarn, $75 worth of supplies, and some bloody fingers at the end. This was a GREAT experience, and I hope you guys like this finished product!
